Are we sacrificing conversation for connections? Though we are far more connected through technology, is the humanity being lost? Inspired by the words of Sherry Turkle in her TED talk, “Connected, But Alone“, and based on Dr. Yair Amichai-Hamburgers article -The Invention of Loneliness, Shimi Cohen created this animated short film, “The Innovation of Loneliness”.
Are we truly more alone than ever before? And will it get worse, or is there a light at the end of the tunnel. Truthfully, I think it’ll get worse before it gets better.
